OLLIPOPS INDOOR PLAYGROUND PARTY BOOKING AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER Thank you for choosing Lollipops Indoor Playground. By booking a party, submitting payment, or allowing any child to participate, the booking client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms: BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY All party bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the date and time. All sales are final. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling are not available due to advance staffing and preparation requirements. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled party. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation without refund. Any exception must be approved in writing by Lollipops Indoor Playground staff. PARTY TIME & GUESTS Parties are scheduled for a specific time slot. Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start time. Late arrivals do not extend party duration. Each package includes a set number of children and adults. Additional guests may be subject to additional fees. Adults may not rotate in and out during the party. Wristbands or stamps may be used to manage entry and re-entry. FACILITY & FOOD RULES Outside food is not permitted except for a birthday cake or cupcakes. Alcohol, confetti, glitter, slime, or hazardous items are not allowed. Violations may result in early termination of the party without refund. SUPERVISION & SAFETY Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Lollipops staff are not babysitters. Playground activities involve normal risks associated with active play. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER Client voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, illness, or property damage related to participation. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Client releases and holds harmless Lollipops Indoor Playground, its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. PARENTAL AUTHORITY Client confirms they are the parent or legal guardian of participating minors or have authority to consent on their behalf. PAYMENT DISPUTES & ARBITRATION Client agrees not to dispute or charge back payments for services rendered. This agreement may be used to contest chargebacks. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, and Client waives the right to a jury trial or class action. This agreement is governed by Florida law.
